Partial Hospitalization Program
Overview
Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is a short-term, intensive, group-based mental health program designed for individuals experiencing acute episodes of depression, anxiety, or other mental health concerns. Many participants are new to therapy and are preparing to transition back to work, school, or home life.
The program meets six hours a day, five days a week, typically for two to three weeks. In addition to group therapy, participants receive regular follow-up with a medication manager to support their care. This program can also serve as a step-down from inpatient hospitalization.
Group programming takes place in a safe, supportive, and goal-oriented environment. Sessions focus on education, skill-building, self-awareness, and self-expression. Participants create individualized treatment goals and take an active role in both their care and aftercare planning. Through structure, peer support, and professional guidance, clients develop healthier coping strategies, improve functioning, and build long-term support systems to maintain mental wellness.
