The BODPOD uses air displacement technology to provide the most precise test available for measuring body fat percentages. For the test, you will sit in the BODPOD for only a few minutes, and it will provide an exact measurement of your body's muscle and fat in pounds. This is a great way to kick off your weight loss journey.
