Same-Day Visits

Care Today

When you’re sick or hurt, we don’t want you to wait to see a doctor.  We want you to get in, be seen – and get back to your life, so we offer several ways to see a trusted health care provider today.

Same-day appointments

We reserve time in our provider’s schedule to make sure sick or injured patients can get an appointment the same day they call. To easily schedule an appointment for today (or any day), simply call 855-FAIRVIEW (324-7843) toll-free, anytime.  With more than 50 clinics across the Twin Cities, we make it easy to get care.

Pediatric walk-in care

Many of our clinics offer walk-in care for sick kids. If your child has ear pain, fever, itchy skin, pinkeye, sore throat or other minor illnesses, you can walk-in to select clinics and see a provider without an appointment.

Fairview Urgent and Express Care

When the unexpected happens – we offer Urgent Care and Express Care clinics. Open day, night and weekends – you can turn to urgent care when your clinic isn’t open.

M Health Fairview Walk-In Clinic - Mall of America

Our new M Health Fairview Walk-in Clinic at Mall of America offers care for minor illnesses and injuries. The clinic includes X-ray, on-site lab, and medications for your convenience. Travelers staying in nearby hotels, on flight layovers, or visiting Mall of America can receive help with travel-related sleep problems, gastrointestinal distress, and other medical issues. HealthEast Walk-in Care

HealthEast Walk-in Care diagnoses and treats common illnesses, injuries and minor accidents that are urgent, but not life-threatening. Walk-in Care is offered at two HealthEast clinics and no appointment is needed.

Expert health care whenever and wherever you want 24/7 through our online clinic, OnCare. We offer diagnosis and treatment for dozens of common conditions and some unique specialty services too. Just log in, tell us what's wrong and within an hour, a provider will respond with a treatment plan and prescription if needed. Visits are $45 and may be covered by your insurance.

Emergency care

If you or a loved one is experiencing a serious or life-threatening medical condition, call 9-1-1 or go to the emergency room.

If your health concern doesn’t require immediate attention or a face-to-face meeting, log into Fairview MyChart and start an E-visit. E-visits are similar to seeing your doctor in the clinic – just without a trip to the clinic. E-visits can be used for minor medical problems or managing on-going health conditions. You’ll receive a response within 24 hours during the week.  Learn more about e-visits.
