Bleeding and Clotting Disorders

Our Approach

Living with an inherited bleeding and clotting disorder? Our team of specialists will work with you to create a personalized treatment plan so that you can enjoy a better quality of life. We partner with experts at the University of Minnesota Medical Center and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to give our patients access to the latest research and treatment options.

We offer anticoagulation monitoring clinics (ACC) within many of our Fairview Clinic locations.  Anticoagulation trained nurses work with providers to monitor and manage your warfarin therapy.  Once referred to the ACC by your health care provider, you can make an appointment at the location most convenient to you. At your ACC appointment you will meet with a nurse, have your INR checked, and receive dosing information.
