Adult Mental Health Outpatient Care

Fairview Behavioral Services and HealthEast Mental Health & Addiction Services offer full-service, outpatient treatment programs for adults of any age who are facing depression, anxiety, or other mental health concerns. Our experienced, compassionate caregivers help patients find the treatment options that will work best for their unique situation.

We start with a diagnostic assessment to determine which of our programs will best meet the patient’s needs. Following admission, our team develops a personalized treatment plan.

Our group-based programs provide:
  • A doctor or a certified nurse practitioner for consultation
  • A multidisciplinary care team of licensed professionals, including a psychotherapist, occupational therapist, and a nurse
  • A therapeutic environment where patients feel supported by peers who share the desire to regain stability and find peace of mind
  • A focus on symptom stabilization, stress reduction, wellness and improved day-to-day function
  • A discharge plan to support the recovery process
