Fairview Range works with community members, local nonprofit organizations, and public health departments to understand the health needs and strengths of our community through a formal process known as a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA).
The process provides an important opportunity to engage with and understand our community, analyze what has changed since the last assessment, and prioritize together with the community the issues we must urgently address in order to improve community health and health equity inside and outside of our hospital and clinic walls.
