Angel Fund
Did you know that patients and their families may receive financial assistance if they are facing cancer treatment? The Angel Fund was established in the Fall of 2010 by the Hibbing Chamber of Commerce group, Women’s Innovative Network (WIN). This fund was created to provide financial assistance to local women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer, since then the fund has expanded to serve all individuals with cancer. Examples of help offered include, but are not limited to: medical supplies, dressings, mastectomy supplies, gas cards, money for babysitters when attending medical appointments, nutritional supplements, etc.
All requests must be submitted through a Request for Assistance form and are considered and reviewed by a donation committee. Any individual who is facing cancer treatment or survivorship is eligible to receive financial assistance through the Angel Fund.

It also allows you to name an agent if you want someone else to decide for you. You must be at least 18 years old to make a health care directive.
