Fairview Lakes Medical Center is located at 5200 Fairview Blvd., between Interstate 35 and Highway 61 in Wyoming, Minn., four miles north of Forest Lake. Access to the medical center is from Highway 61 via Fairview Blvd.
Take Exit 135 at Wyoming to East Viking Blvd. Go east on East Viking Blvd. (County Road 22) one-quarter mile to the stoplight at the intersection with Highway 61 (Forest Blvd. N.). Turn right. Follow Highway 61 to the stoplight at Fairview Blvd. Turn right onto Fairview Blvd. The medical center is straight ahead.
Take U.S. Highway 8 west to the stoplight at its intersection with County Road 22 one mile west of Chisago City. Turn right onto County Road 22/36 and then immediately turn left onto County Road 22 (Wyoming Trail). Follow 22 to the city of Wyoming. When 22 intersects with Highway 61 (Forest Blvd. N.), turn left onto Highway 61. Go south one mile to the stoplight at Fairview Blvd. Turn right onto Fairview Blvd. to go straight to the medical center.
Take Co. Rd. 22 (East Viking Blvd.) east until it crosses over Interstate 35 in Wyoming. At the stoplight, turn right onto U.S. Highway 61 (Forest Blvd. N.). Following Highway 61 one mile to the stoplight at Fairview Blvd., Turn right to get to the medical center.
Take U.S. Highway 61 to Wyoming. The medical center is located on the south side of Wyoming.
At the stoplight at the intersection of Highway 61 and Fairview Blvd., turn west (toward 35W) onto Fairview Blvd. and follow it to the medical center entrance.
At Fairview Lakes Medical Center, free parking is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
A volunteer parking valet greets patients at the main entrance from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on most weekdays. The valet can help you get in and out of your vehicle and will get a wheelchair for you if you need one. The valet also can arrange for someone to transport you in the wheelchair if needed. If you are driving and need assistance, the valet will take your keys from you, park your car and retrieve your car at the end of your visit. This service is free. It is not necessary to tip the valet.
If you arrive after 9 p.m. (or if you arrive earlier but plan to leave after 9 p.m.), please park near the Emergency Department entrance on the north side of the building, and use that entrance. If you are leaving the building after dark, feel free to ask the person working at the emergency room triage desk to call a security officer to walk with you to your car.
Please do not park in areas that are marked as reserved or restricted. Always lock your car.
Handicapped parking spaces are plentiful near the entrances on both the north and south sides of the building and near the radiation therapy center entrance.
Surgery and diagnostic imaging patients (X-ray, CT-scan, MRI, ultrasound, mammography, nuclear medicine, etc.), should park in the Emergency Department parking lot and use the emergency entrance. Diagnostic imaging and surgery admitting is to your right when you enter.
Radiation therapy center and cancer clinic patients should park in the main visitor lot east of the building. Handicapped parking for radiation therapy center patients is available on the east (front) side of the building near the radiation therapy center main entrance.
The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is located on the main floor on the east end of the building. Visitors to ICU patients should use the main entrance (to the right of the sculpture) and follow the signs to the ICU. There is no direct access to the ICU from the parking lot.
If you're coming to see a doctor in one of the Fairview Clinics at Fairview Lakes Medical Center, park in the main lot on the east side of the building and use the main entrance (to the right of the sculpture). Valet parking is available if you need it.
If you're undergoing physical therapy or seeing a provider in the Orthopedic Center, you'll find convenient parking immediately in front of the Orthopedic Center entrance on the south side of the building.
