Patients and Visitors

Welcome to Bethesda Hospital

Creating the best patient experience is our first priority. From the moment you walk through our doors, we strive to make your experience with us second to none. Whether you are a patient or a visitor, we will do our best to make you comfortable in our welcoming environment. And while you are at Bethesda, our caring staff will be glad to answer your questions or listen to your concerns.

Visitor Guidelines

Family and friends play an important role in the healing process and are welcome to visit. However, we ask that you are respectful of the patient's need to rest during recovery.

  • Anyone with an infectious illness or recent exposure to a contagious disease, such as chickenpox, flu or measles, should not visit the hospital.
  • Smoking is not permitted in the building or on the campus grounds.
  • We are a fragrance-free and latex-free facility. Please avoid wearing perfume or aftershave. Do not bring latex balloons as gifts.
  • Maintain a quiet environment and avoid unnecessary noise.
  • Visitors may be asked to leave the room during tests or treatment.

For the safety of our patients and staff, outside entrances are secured at 8:00 p.m. Security staff members will assist you in entering the building after that time.
