About Fairview Foundation

Our Purpose

As a nonprofit organization, Fairview Foundation builds philanthropic partnerships to improve the health and well-being of our patients and communities. Donor gifts support our patients, hospitals and clinics across Minnesota, as well as community health programs and outreach.

In accordance with the Charities Review Council Standards, Fairview Foundation 2017 IRS 990 forms are available for review.
