Vendor Process for New Product & Equipment Introduction Request
All new item and equipment requests must be initiated by internal Fairview employees only.
Vendors may be tasked via our new product introduction tool, Lumere. If tasked, please follow the instructions to complete the product and vendor information in a timely manner.
Supply chain will complete its due diligence for a full product review and evaluation. If a product is recommended for trial or implementation, vendors will be contacted by supply chain for next steps.
