Our evidence-based program is designed to support newly licensed RNs during their first 12 months on the job, helping them transition from academics to professional nursing practice.
Program Outcomes
Program participants will:
- Attain the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to deliver safe and high-quality care for patients and their families.
- Establish sound clinical reasoning resulting in whole person and whole system healing.
- Develop the agility and insight to thrive in a dynamic health care system.

How to Participate
Applicants accepted for an acute care RN position will automatically be enrolled into the program. No separate application is required.
