Fairview Health Services was once again honored as one of “America’s Greatest Workplaces for Inclusion and Diversity” by Newsweek in 2025. The list includes more than 1,500 companies of various sizes and types, including 47 honorees in Minnesota. Fairview last earned this award in 2023.

Human Rights Campaign Healthcare Equality Index (HEI)

M Health Fairview Ridges, Southdale, and Woodwinds Hospitals were recognized as LGBTQ+ Healthcare Equality High Performers in the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s (HRC) 2024 Healthcare Equality Index. This designation recognizes healthcare facilities’ dedication to health equity, and how well they provide a safe, welcoming, competent, and inclusive environment for patients, visitors, and employees who identify as LGBTQIA2S+.
