Fairview Vendor Certification Program

Business Partners

All business partners and/or individual vendor representatives who conduct business with any Fairview site must complete the vendor certification process. Business Partner and Vendor Representative Certification must be complete for the following:

  • Clinical/patient care related products
  • Services and Pharmaceutical
  • Medical Repair Technicians 
  • Facilities

Fairview will purchase products and services only from authorized, certified vendors. However, certification does not guarantee that products or services will be used in Fairview. In addition, appropriate Fairview decision-makers must review new products before product payment or use. By implementing vendor certification, Fairview aims to:

  • Promote the safest environment of care
  • Achieve the best patient care outcomes
  • Support best business practices

After you submit your certification, we will send you a time-sensitive message with a receipt. If you do not see the e-mail in your inbox, please check for it in your spam folder.

Vendor Representative Certification

Vendor representatives are the individuals who represent a specific company or distributor (business partner) that provides goods or services to Fairview. In accordance with the vendor certification policy, vendor representatives must fulfill the following requirements:

Flu and COVID-19 vaccines and documentation are required

Fairview requires all vendor representatives visiting health care facilities to get vaccinated for seasonal flu and COVID-19 and provide documentation for certification.
