Ebenezer takes on three new senior homes

The properties offer an affordable option for people who need nursing home care but choose to live in the community

Fairview’s senior living division, Ebenezer, is adding three assisted living and memory care communities to the portfolio of properties it operates and manages: The Sanctuary at Brooklyn Center, The Sanctuary at West St. Paul, and The Sanctuary at St. Cloud.

The Sanctuary is owned by SCA Properties, a real estate development and finance company specializing in affordable housing. All Sanctuary locations accept Elderly Waiver, a Minnesota Department of Human Services program that funds services for people who need the level of care found in a nursing home but choose to live in a community.

“We are proud to provide even more affordable options to seniors by managing these new properties,” said Jon Lundberg, President of Fairview Senior Services and Ebenezer.

Our management of these properties will help improve culinary services, increase the number of staff, and provide more training and resources for each community.

Ebenezer is Minnesota’s largest senior housing operator, managing 90 properties in Minnesota and owning 12 communities.
