Mpls.St. Paul Magazine names finalists for 2019 Outstanding Nurses

18 Fairview nurses are in the running

We are proud to announce that 18 nurses across our system were named finalists for Mpls.St. Paul Magazine’s 2019 Outstanding Nurses Awards.

Finalists were selected based on professionalism, bedside manner, patient interaction, credentials and experience, impact on their organization, leadership, and an “it” factor exemplifying kindness, compassion, and empathy. Additional weight was given to those who received multiple nominations from a variety of sources, and to those nominated by their patients or their patients’ families.

“This our largest group of nurse finalists yet for these awards,” says Linda Wick, Associate Chief Nurse Executive. "It's gratifying to see so many nurses honored and recognized for their incredible work."
