Free classes on National Women’s Health & Fitness Day

Fairview’s making it easy for you to try a new workout.

On Sept.26, celebrate yourself and National Women’s Health & Fitness Day by taking a free fitness class. You can see what it’s like, talk to the instructor, and decide whether it’s something you might want to add to your wellness routine.

Best of all, Fairview will cover the cost. Enjoy!

CorePower Yoga 1

The class: Taught at a slow pace, it introduces the foundational poses of Power Vinyasa-style yoga
Time: 8 p.m.
Location: CorePower Yoga, 4611 Excelsior Blvd., St Louis Park, MN

What else to know: Bring your own mat and towel, or rent them for $2.00 each. Bringing a water bottle is also recommended. If the parking lot is full, there’s also free parking in the ramp across the street.

CorePower Yoga 2

The class: Taught in a heated room, it gets you moving and sweating as you learn advanced poses in Power Vinyasa-style yoga
Time: 10:30 a.m.
Location: CorePower Yoga, 4611 Excelsior Blvd., St Louis Park, MN

The class: High energy cycling with music and an instructor
Time: 7 a.m.

What else to know: Beginners and more advanced students welcome.
