Carolyn Wilson recognized for leadership excellence in health care

Carolyn Wilson, Fairview executive vice president and chief operating officer, is one of a group of women leaders being honored by the Women’s Health Leadership TRUST at a dinner later this month.

Carolyn Wilson, Fairview executive vice president and COOThirty-five women leaders from across the state who “exemplify leadership excellence in the health care industry” will be recognized at the April 29 event.

“This marks the 35th anniversary of the TRUST, and our board wanted to illustrate the influence women have had on health care in Minnesota by choosing 35 female pioneers, based on: achievements, evidence of leadership, impact on community, special talent or expertise, unique endeavors and the challenges they have experienced,” says Wendy Stulac Motzel, president of Women’s Health Leadership TRUST.

Founded in 1979, the Women’s Health Leadership TRUST provides development, promotion and education of women health care leaders.
