We want to help you understand and avoid problems when paying your bills. Here is what you should know:
We give good faith estimates to patients, both with and without insurance. If you have insurance, we will give you an estimate of the contracted payment amount Fairview expects to receive from your insurance company. If you do not have insurance, we will estimate the charges for services received at Fairview Hospitals or Clinics.
The actual estimated payment or average charges may be more or less than the estimate given based the services received during your visit.
To request an estimate, call the Consumer Price Line at 612-672-1048 or fill out the secure online form. When the estimate has been completed, we will mail or email you a detailed estimate.You can view hospital pricing and compare charges on the Minnesota Hospital Association website.
You may pay your bill online. You will need the account number from your statement as well as the last name and date of birth of the guarantor (insured) on the account.Provide Your Health Insurance Information
If you were unable to provide complete insurance information at the time of your treatment, you can use this secure form to submit information online. This will help us process your insurance claims.
