Come experience the zen of adorable puppies while taking a Puppy Yoga class at Ways to Wellness, Fairview’s 9,000-square-foot state-of-the-art wellness facility in Woodbury.

Open to all ages and abilities, the class features a litter of puppies from Midwest Animal Rescue & Services that will be running and playing around you and might even settle in for a snuggle.

Enjoy the yoga flow class followed by a social hour and refreshments at The Kitchen Table, the teaching kitchen at Ways to Wellness. Athleta activewear and local made-to-order oatmeal/granola company Minneøats will be on site as well.

“Puppy Yoga aligns with our mission to provide holistic health to our clients and community. Sometimes that means you need to think about health outside of the box,” says Rachel Larson, a Ways to Wellness coach. “Animals reduce stress, and when you blend in the benefits of yoga, it’s a recipe for happy people.”

When: 3 p.m., Friday, July 26
Where: Ways to Wellness, 1825 Woodwinds Dr., Woodbury
Cost: $25 per person. Proceeds will be donated to Midwest Animal Rescue & Services.
How to sign up: Participants must reserve a spot by calling 651-232-1926.
