About Fairview Rosemount Clinic

On March 2, Fairview Rosemount Clinic opened its
doors at 15075 Cimarron Avenue in Rosemount. With approximately 10,000 square feet, the clinic shares
it's space with the Insitute for Athletic Medicine (IAM).
IAM is part of the Fairview family of orthopedic services, which provides physical therapy rehabilitation.

We offer high-quality medical care and services for people of all ages - from newborns to seniors.  Clinic services include:

• Secure, on-line access to medical records and lab results
• Pre-operative exams
• Diagnostic laboratory and X-ray services
• Preventive care, well-baby and pediatric exams
• Mental health evaluations
• Patient education
• Treatment of minor injuries
• Care for adults and children with complex, chronic medical conditions
• Orthopedic and sports physical therapy and the Throwers Injury program available at IAM
