Uniforms and Shoes: This cost will vary with the individual student. You will need to have one long white lab coat, business casual dress, and/or scrubs (solids or prints acceptable) and neat, clean closed toed shoes.

Transportation: All students are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from program
clinical education sites. Some of these sites are not accessible by public transportation within the allotment of time that is allowed between classes and clinical assignment. Consequently, with respect to travel to some of these sites, all students should have alternative means of transportation available between class and the clinical site.
*You must have health care coverage through your own personal insurance company. You will need to show evidence of Health Care Coverage (Workman’s Compensation does not apply to this program).
*CPR certification documentation is required from one of the following: American Heart Association, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Emergency, Cardiac Care Healthcare Provider, or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer or Professional Rescuer Review.
