Application Procedure

Please note that Applications are being accepted for the Class commencing Fall 2011

Application deadline:   May 31, 2010

Steps for application:

      Note:  Two applications need to be completed.
      Both applications should be completed at the same time.
 
APPLICATION #1

Interested candidates should contact the Fairview-University School of Radiologic Technology for an application. This Education Center address is listed below.

APPLICATION #2

Once completed application #1 [application form, official high school & college transcripts, three letters of recommendation] has been received and reviewed by the School of Radiologic Technology faculty, and eligibility has been determined, a first interview and a Education Center tour will be scheduled.

If eligible applicant has continued interest of program, a second personal interview will be scheduled with a program faculty panel to determine program acceptance.  The interview score and composite score from application material will be added together to determine student selection.  The final decision for admission into the School of Radiologic Technology will be made by the program faculty panel following applicant interviews.

It is advisable to apply for the program well in advance of the program starting date, as the class size is limited to 20 - 25 students.
