Criteria for Participation:	- First priority to adult furthering his/her education or making career change; will award to recent graduate residing in health care area if no qualified applicant submits application. - Attending/planning to attend accredited school. - Possess good character, dependability, and academic achievement. - Resides in Chisago Lakes or Wyoming area.
