Junior Volunteer Scholarship

Facility/Entity:	Fairview Ridges Hospital, Fairview Southdale Hospital
Area of Study:	Any post-secondary educational program.
Criteria for Participation:	- Must be a junior or senior in high school. - Serve a minimum of 150 hours by December 31st, 100 of those hours must be earned between January 1st and December 31st of the year of the award. - Plan to continue education after high school. - Currently is an active (on the schedule and volunteering on a regular day) Junior Volunteer at Fairview Ridges Hospital or Fairview Southdale Hospital.
Other:	Scholarship Selection committee reviews applications and each applicant is interviewed. Volunteers could potentially receive more than one scholarship if they consistently meet the eligibility requirements for both their junior and senior years in high school.
