Students obtaining college credit for the Fairview CLS program will pay tuition to their respective colleges.  The college sends a percentage of the tuition to the Fairview program. Students with a Bachelor's degree and not receiving undergraduate college credit or paying tuition to a college, will be assessed $5,000 for the program.  The tuition payment is spread over a six-month period according to the following schedule:

• July 1         $500
• Sept. 1       $500
• Nov. 1        $500
• Feb 1       $3500

Additional costs/fees:

• Textbooks~$250
• Parking     ~$70/month
• Housing
• Meals
• Health Insurance ( health insurance is required for all students enrolled in the program)

Fairview Health Services CLS Program will provide:

• Lab coats and other personal protective equipment
• Student membership in ASCLS
• Student liability insurance

Withdrawal from the program and refund policy:

For students NOT paying tuition to their academic institutions, the first tuition payment of $500 is due July 1st (one month following the start of the program).  A student withdrawing prior to July 15th will be refunded 10% of the $500.  No tuition will be refunded if withdrawal occurs after July 15th.  Students paying tuition to their academic institution will follow the institution's policy regarding payment and refunds.
