Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is a profession that links Technology and Information to Health and Medicine.
As a CLS your perform tests on blood and body fluid specimens using state-of-the-art instrumentation. The knowlege and skills of the CLS are used to analyze and evaluate the test results and provide information to the physician.
The physician uses the information provided by the laboratory to diagnose the patient's illness, monitor therapy and assess wellness.
1. CLS/MT major in undergraduate program leading to a degree following completion of accredited CLS program and the following program pre-requisite courses:
OR
2. Baccalaureate degree with course pre-requisites listed in #1
AND
3. Overall and Science GPA of 2.75 (GPA of 2.5 - 2.74 may be considered)
4. Any student who obtained any or all of the pre-requisite course work outside of the United States and English is not the first language, is required to submit documentation of a minimum TOEFL of 213.
