About Fairview Pine City Clinic

Fairview is expanding to provide care in your community.  The new Fairview Pine City clinic will open on Sept. 1, at 510 2nd St. S.E. We will offer high-quality medical care and services for people of all ages - from newborns to seniors.  Clinic services include:

• Same-day appointments 
• On-site lab and x-ray services
• Access to Fairview MyChart® featuring on-line access to request clinic appointments, view test results or send a message to your care team
