On September 14, 2009, Fairview Hugo Clinic moved to a new, expanded facility at 14712 Victor Hugo Boulevard.

The clinic's new space is just across from our current location in Victor Hugo Gardens, at the corner of Victor Hugo Boulevard and County Road 14/8.

With expanded space, the new clinic will have the room needed  to continue delivering quality health care to families in the community.  

• Additional providers and new services including an obstetrician/gynecologist, diabetes educator, podiatrist, pediatric rehabilitation, screening obstetrical ultrasound, and a Coumadin (anti-coagulation) Clinic
• On site orthopedic and sports physical therapy at the Institute for Athletic Medicine
• New retail Fairview Pharmacy, open to the general public
• Same day appointments
• Online appointment and lab services scheduling and access to medical records and lab results
