Kristin believes that in CPE, students examine their assumption in ministry, recognize their gifts, and seek to understand where God is calling them to look deeper into their own lives. As a supervisor, she accompanies students as they develop their voice and seek to integrate who they are with how they minister. She uses the relational-cultural theory of the Stone Center, process theology, and transformative education models to walk with and challenge students in their development as spiritual leaders.
