As a supervisor, BJ seeks to shape and support learning experience with students which honors their background and theological perspectives. She is committed to journeying with them as they encounter significant stretching experiences in the practice of pastoral care and the relationship realities of ministry. She values interaction, reflection, dialogue and storytelling in the learning process. BJ draws upon family systems and theological reflection, as well as the dynamics of group relational learning in the CPE process of supervision.
