Founded in 1952 as Bloomington’s first group medical practice, Fairview Oxboro Clinic has been a part of the fabric of Bloomington for more than a half century. We make access easy with same day appointments, and a fully secure Internet site where patients can schedule appointments, view test results, email their health care provider, request prescription refills online and have an e-visit – an on-line doctor appointment.

On-site urgent care

When your pain or illness can't wait, Fairview Oxboro Clinic offers Urgent Care on site. Physicians see adults and children who have a variety of problems, including sore throats, rashes, earaches, upper respiratory infections, cuts, sprains, minor injuries and more. No appointment is necessary. Just walk in and receive care when you need it.

Monday-Friday, 9 am to 8:30 pm
Saturday, 9 am to 7:30 pm
Sunday, noon to 7:30 pm

On-site pharmacy

We know how hard it can be to make that extra stop to pick up medicine. So, we have Fairview pharmacy right at the clinic, open seven daus a week. Our providers and pharmacists work together to tell you all you need to know about your medicines.

Prescription refills
When a prescription expires and you need more, please contact your pharmacy first and they will work with your physician to extend the prescription. Please allow 72 hours for the refill of an expired prescription.

If You Have Questions About Billing or Insurance

Fairview Oxboro Clinic is a participating provider for most local health plans and major insurance companies. For specific information about your benefits coverage, call your health plan or the employee benefits department at your workplace.
