For expectant parents in the last three months of pregnancy who have not previously taken childbirth classes and can not fit a 4 week series into their schedule. This class meets one time and covers a condensed version of the regular childbirth classes. A physician will attend for a question and answers session. There will be a break for lunch. Please bring a blanket and two pillows to each class, and wear comfortable clothing and bring snacks. |
