Fairview has been providing answering and paging services for more than 15 years. We offer seamless services 24 hours a day, seven days a week with state-of-the-art telephone answering and paging equipment. Fairview can customize services to fit your business needs.

We are here to serve your communication needs whether that is during business hours, after hours, weekends or 24 hours a day, 7 days a week & holidays.

Our client support begins with a comprehensive assessment of your office and it’s service needs by our client service representative. We can advise which of our services would benefit you. The Fairview Answering & Paging Services would take your calls when you can’t. Our trained staff would than follow your protocols and answer calls on a personal basis using your business name.

24 Hour Live Answering Service

Have your phones answered by a live person Day & Night, 7 days a week and even on holidays.

Live answering will capture more messages and information from your callers than a voice mail system will.

Emergency calls will be answered and dispatched following your procedures. We will even follow an escalation list of employees to get the situation resolved.
