Zipnosis visits

Feeling sick? Want health care quick – without leaving home? Get back to your busy life with Zipnosis – an easy online diagnosis and treatment option for minor health conditions. Answer questions in a quick 5-minute online survey (no web camera is needed).  A Fairview clinician will respond to your "Zip" in less than an hour between the hours of 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., 7 days a week.

How it works
Step 1.  Log onto Zipnosis and answer questions about your symptoms

Step 2.  Enter your payment info – pay with a credit card or Health Savings Account (HSA) card

Step 3.  Submit your “Zip” – your responses will be sent to a Fairview clinician for diagnosis

Step 4. Get your Zipnosis
  • You’ll receive an email that notifies you when the clinician is done reviewing your symptoms
  • View your treatment by logging into your Zipnosis account

Step 5. Fill your prescription (if applicable) – select where you would like your prescription filled

Eligibility requirements

• Reside in Minnesota
• Children ages 13-17 are eligible for a Zipnosis diagnosis through their family's account (they can't set up their own separate account). The teen can answer the questions themselves or their parent/guardian can answer the questions on their behalf.
• Zips are not available for children under age 13. If your young child needs care, please schedule an in-clinic appointment or visit an urgent care.
