Group visits
Group appointments are available to people with the same medical condition (such as diabetes). At the appointment, you – and several other people – meet with your care team together. You’ll receive individual treatment, and can benefit from other patients’ experiences, tips and questions. Participants are required to sign a confidentiality waiver.
How it works
1. Your health-care provider will let you know if you would benefit from a group visit. Your care team would then schedule the visit and let you know if you need to do anything to prepare.
2. Show up at the scheduled date and time. Visits last one to two hours.

- Smoking cessation
Eligibility requirements
- Open to established Fairview patients
- Ability to travel to a Fairview Clinic
Cost
Varies. Please check with your medical insurance company to see if this type of visit is covered.
