Business Partners
Business partners are the companies or distributors that provide goods or services to Fairview. In accordance with the vendor certification policy, business partners must fulfill the following requirements:
- Read the Vendor Certification Manual
- Read Fairview’s Code of Conduct
- Read Fairview's Policy for Gifts and Gratuities
- Read the Pharmaceutical Company Representative Policy and Policies Governing Formulary Status
- Review Vendor Representative Certification
- Read Fairview’s Policy Prohibiting False Claims and Statements
- Complete the Business Partner Certification
- Instruct your representatives to complete the vendor representative certification process
