Fairview Spiritual Health Services
Fairview Spiritual Health Services provides comprehensive spiritual care and counsel to all patients and families 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We provide spiritual care throughout our Fairview hospitals, Ebenezer sites, home care and hospice, behavioral health, pediatrics, Transitions and Life Choices programs as well as numerous specialty areas. Chaplains also provide staff support and education, lead support groups and community education.
Representing diverse faiths, our chaplains provide spiritual care to Fairview patients and their families who are open to and have need for spiritual care. We are also available to provide prayer and ritual opportunities to meet patients' expressed religious and spiritual needs.

Fairview church relations
Fairview was founded by Lutheran congregations that continue to provide us with vital leadership and resources. The Fairview Association is our primary link to constituent Lutheran congregations that have sponsored us throughout our history. Currently, Fairview counts 71 Lutheran congregations, which provide us with leadership support, as partners in community care. These congregations also provide community support through parish nurse programs, immunization clinics and community health education.
For information on the Fairview Association and faith community activities, contact Bruce Pederson, director of the Office of Church Relations, at 612-672-2806.
