Memory loss that begins suddenly or significantly interferes with your ability to function in daily life may indicate a more serious problem. A visit to our Memory Loss Assessment Clinic may provide some answers.
Sleep medicine/sleep centers
Sleep disorders can wake you up at night and leave you feeling sleepy all day. Fairview's sleep doctors specialize in helping people with problems such as sleep apnea, insomnia or restless legs syndrome (RLS) get a good night’s rest.

Fairview Senior Transportation makes rides available to any Fairview clinic, Fairview-affiliated clinic or Ebenezer Adult Day program. All riders must be age 55 or older. Additionally, riders must be temporarily disabled and unable to drive themselves. Rides must be scheduled 24 hours in advance and within 20 miles of the East Bank address - 500 Harvard St. SE. The cost to the patient is $5 per round trip (prices subject to change). Service is not available to Assisted Living or Care Center sites that already provide transportation.

Telecare: A volunteer-run wellness program
Telecare is a FREE phone service for people living alone who would feel safer knowing that someone will check in with them every morning. If you, or someone you know may be interested in Telecare, contact Fairview Southdale Volunteer Services Department at 952-924-5020
