Rehabilitation outpatient and specialty services

Fairview Maple Grove Medical Center provides a wide range of rehabilitation services for children and for adults. Our physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech language pathologists deliver effective rehabilitation for children and adults at all stages of their care.
