Neurology Skill Set features the work of an interdisciplinary team of therapists from across the system. The presentation covers new, evidenced-based practice information on the topics of Guillain-Barre, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, stroke and traumatic brain injury. Additional information on the topics amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, meningitis/encephalitis, myasthenia gravis and spinal cord injury can be found on the shared drive in the Skill Sets folder.
The Neurology Skill Set can be accessed through the LMS system. To get to the Learning Management section, you must go to the Fairview Intranet and you find the link on the left hand side under system support. Fairview Intranet. Refer to the Elearning instructions for assigning yourself the e-learning, viewing the presentation, printing course notes, and post-test completion.
