Simple to use
When you need help, just press the waterproof personal help button you wear as a pendant. Within seconds, a certified Lifeline monitor will respond, assess the situation and call for the right help—that may be a neighbor, a relative or an ambulance.

You can also answer your telephone remotely by pressing the help button, activating the speaker phone and reducing your risk of falling.
Here's how Lifeline works.
New falls alert device If you fall, this device automatically calls for help. For only an additional $10 a month, this service can be included on the medical alert pendant.
Fairview also offers a medication dispensing and monitoring product call PMD.

Lifeline is reasonably priced. You pay a small monthly rental fee ($39 or $29, based on your income) and a one-time activation/installation fee. That fee is $65 if we install the unit; $35 if you install it. You may add the fall alert device feature for $10 per month. A sliding fee based on your income is also available for this product. If you're interested in the PMD service, the cost is $75 per month with a one-time $85 activation fee. There are no long-term agreements and Lifeline can be installed or removed at any time.
