Diabetes care is offered throughout Fairview’s hospitals and clinics. Our comprehensive services range from diabetes education and medication therapy management to diabetes-related surgeries.  
Fairview’s diabetes service includes interactions with your primary care provider, diabetes educator, pharmacist, nutritionist and other specialists. Our goal is to help you manage your diabetes and live a full and healthy life.

Fairview features nearly 4,000 providers practicing at over 200 locations throughout the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area and beyond. Fairview Clinics, University of Minnesota Physicians and our independent partner clinics provide an exceptional care experience, while lowering the overall costs of health care.
