The entire proceeds will be given to your school.
Your physical will be performed by a comprehensive medical team of physicians, physician assistants, physical therapists and athletic trainers. Immunizations will not be offered at these events.
Note: A sports physical is not intended to replace a well-child visit. A sports physical visit will not include immunizations, education about healthy behaviors, drug/alcohol abuse, or other related topics normally discussed at a well-child visit.
