Electronic Medical Record and Imaging Systems Information
Researchers are often required by study sponsors to provide information about computerized systems (e.g. electronic medical records) used while conducting research at a Fairview Health Services or University of Minnesota Physicians (UMPhysicians) facility. Specifically, we need to demonstrate compliance with Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations pertaining to electronic records (21 CFR 11).
