There are a number of reporting requirements which exist in order to assure patient safety, verify compliance with governmental regulations, and manage the legal and budgetary considerations of Fairview Health Systems. The Research Administration Department has extensive experience with the details of these requirements and is organized to assist investigators with research involving Fairview resources or personnel.
AHC Investigator Support Site - Information for University of Minnesota Academic Health Center (AHC) researchers who need to include Fairview facilities, services, or employees in their research.
Fairview and Community Investigator Support Site - Information for Fairview Health Services and Community researchers interested in conducting research in Fairview facilities or with Fairview patients or employees. The Research Administration Department is prepared to answer questions and assist with specific details regarding study start-up and conduct. Also, the Research Administration Department must review and sign IRB applications from Fairview or Community researchers before they can be submitted to our local IRB for review.
