Fairview Home Infusion offers professionally trained staff for patients requiring in-home IV therapy such as parenteral/enteral nutrition, antibiotics, chemotherapy and pain management. Our disease state management approach ensures a seamless continuum of care from the hospital to the home.

We also coordinate comprehensive services such as palliative care, social services and rehabilitation. Our services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week across Minnesota, Iowa, South Dakota and Wisconsin.
