Home infusion therapy is a type of home health care. When a patient leaves the hospital or clinic he or she can still receive therapy at home. Medicine is given through a soft tube in your vein. Home infusion can treat a wide range of health problems.

We work with doctors and patients in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa and South Dakota. Our team will help patients manage their home infusion. We will:

• Feeding by tube (through stomach or large vein).
• Treatment for infections (antibiotics).
• Chemotherapy.

• IV immune globulin (antibodies that help prevent or fight off illness).
• Medicine to strengthen the heart muscle and improve blood flow.
• Placement of a central catheter (thin, soft tube that delivers medicine into a major vein).
• Lab tests to check how well medicines are working.
• Home delivery of medicine and supplies.
