Patient Satisfaction

In 2006-2007, all Fairview hospitals participated in HCAHPS, a new project by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to measure how hospital patients nationwide viewed their care experience. Fairview's participation is part of our ongoing committment to patient-centered care. View results here.

The charts below show how involved in their care plans Fairview patients feel. Taken from our patient satisfaction survey, the results show that patients have noted that health care providers are trying to involve patients and their families in decision making and care planning.

Patients at most Fairview clinics now have electronic access to their medical test results, immunization history, medications and other features of their medical records, through MyChart.
