• Aspirin on arrival and at discharge
• ACE inhibitor or ARB for patients with left-ventricular systolic dysfunction
• Adult smoking cessation advice/counseling
• Beta blocker on arrival and at discharge
• Angioplasty or stent placement within 120 minutes of arrival
